Egypt Hotel Reservations: A Hotel is an instant home for a foreigner who is visiting another country either for leisure or for Business. Hotel types are two, they are Hotels and Resorts. Hotel: A built house of vertical shaped, usually from 10 and up to 30 floors or more, especially in big cities like Cairo, NY, Dubai. Resort: A Horizontal built Hotel, maximum 3 floors of Rooms, and surrounded by outlets "Restaurants, Kids Club, Health Club, Pool Area, etc."

Hotels in Egypt: In all Egypt the Hotels are serving a Bed and Breakfast Policy of accommodation, in which for a Client, only short stay of maximum one week is booking. And this kind of accommodations are based in the major Business Cities of Egypt, like Cairo, Alexandria, Port Said, Suess, Ismailia and Ain Sokhna. Resorts in Egypt: Resorts in Egypt are concentrated in the Red Sea Area, either in Hurghada, Sharm El Sheikh, Dahab, Nuweiba or Taba. Those are the Areas where the massive visitors, especially in the winter season, where the weather and climate are very mild and warm.

Egypt Hotel Departments: The classification of hotels are differs from each other which is notified by the Egypt Tourism Ministry. So the more luxurious a Hotel is equipped, the more star rating it gets.

1. Reception: this is the facade of the Hotel, or the front office. It is mainly responsible for Check in and check out for arriving or departing clients, helping them for filling in the RC "registration Card" with their details, through this RC the Tourism Ministry is able then to know the Numbers and nationalities of visitors to Egypt during every single season. Reception Department is also responsible for reports given to other Departments and even to the General Manager himself.

2. Food & Beverage: they are the ones who are responsible for Restaurants, Banquettes with all its needs.

3. House keeping: is the department which is handling the Cleanliness of the Hotel, right from customer room to beach sandy ground.

4. Laundry: This department takes care of Guest to have a daily cleaned room, Beds covers, Billows covers, towels which are being changed by house keeping, and washed daily by the Laundry. This department is also serving the Guest directly, for washing his/her own clothes upon Clients request and against extra charge.

5 Telephone Operator: Use to handle phone calls either incoming call for Guests or for Staff, or the internal phones inside the Hotel.

6. Recreation Department: responsible for Pool Area and its cleanness, Beach Area and for the Animation Team.

7. Bill Captains: Who use to carry the luggage of a client either up to the room by Check in or down to the lobby by check out. They getting a very low salary, as their job depend mainly on the direct tips from the Clients.

8. Guest Relations: Guest service provider to assist the issues and requirements of a Guest by connecting to all departments.

9. Maintenance: regular maintenance of hotel properties either inside or outside the rooms with the first priority to guest rooms.
