The concern ETM travel services situated in Cairo, Egypt, which runs the portal in the name of EGYPT TRAVEL MANIA - ETM with the domain name of http://www.egypttravelmania.net here in after called as "ETM" in this page and in this portal and in its deals and operations.

"ETM" - This simplified word "ETM" represents the domain, office, concern, and its service which bears the name ETM Travels services, Cairo, Egypt, and
EGYPT TRAVEL MANIA . NET - ETM.
"tours & travel package" - This is also called Egypt tour packages, ETM tour packages, Egypt travel packages, tour packages, or travel packages. Such
packages are designed or affiliated by ETM to do tourism services to the national & international clients, tourist, & Tour groups.
"Reservation" - Reservation here means advance booking facility provided by ETM.
"Booking" - Booking here means to get confirmation of specific or all services of ETM.
"pre-booked" - Pre booked means a program which is already booked by the client for specific or all tourism services of ETM.
5. Clause B: Usage of the ETM portal & ETM travel services.
a). Content of all web site pages is for your general information and use only.
b). Content is also subject to change without Prior notice.
c). Our visitors should notice that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
d) A visitor use of any information or materials on our website is entirely at your own risk, and we shall not be liable for it. It is your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
e) The website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us as the sole owner of the web site. This material includes the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. 6. Clause C: Enquiry and dealing for/with ETM tours & travel packages.
All and any type of your enquiries to the ETM portal, will be responded within 48 hours. As per the subject of enquiry the duration of the response from ETM may vary. Also any enquiry or communication will not be considered as a CONFIRMATION OF YOUR EGYPT Trip, until you receive a TRIP CONFIRMATION ELECTRONIC NOTICE officially with ETM reference number. Even if you have paid the full amount, if you have not received the TRIP CONFIRMATION ELECTRONIC NOTICE, then you can assume that YOUR TRIP TO EGYPT IS NOT CONFIRMED.
7. Clause D: Reservation of ETM tours & travel packages or ETM tourism services.
Reservation of any tickets, tours and travel packages is subject to the availability of services. ETM reserves all types of rights to accept or to reject reservations.
8. Clause E: Bookings of ETM tours & travel packages or ETM tourism services.
a. All bookings shall be made only after the verification of your request by an ETM official. Untill the verification your booking request will not be valid one.
b. After verification of your booking request, ETM Staff will respond you through email and they will collect the neccessary informations and documents to process your request.
c. Unless the ETM confirm or declare through the TRIP CONFIRMATION ELECTRONIC NOTICE the discount coupens or special offer discounts for specific tours and travel package or all tours and travel package, it will not be considered as a SPECIAL OFFER, OR DISCOUNTED sale from ETM.
d. Any type of reservations, bookings, cancellations are not valid if the client, tourist, Group tour team, or visitors to Egypt does not hold a VALID TRIP CONFIRMATION ELECTRONIC NOTICE with our Trade Mark & LOGO.
e. All types of bookings will be confirmed only after the complete payment of requested trip, or tours and travel packages.
f. Phone reservation or Phone booking or booking through CHAT ROOM or Messengers is not permitted, but you can use such communication tools only to get general informations. Only booking through ETM portal forms, or a special request through email with necessary documents shall be permitted. You may also request to FAX your booking.
g. All types of bookings with ETM will be VOID if the booking person, or the visitor, or the client fails to submit the necessary official or personal documents as requested by ETM.
9. Clause F: Changes in pre-booked tour program through ETM.
ETM reserves all rights in the changes of pre-booked program. In general ETM will not accept any changes in a pre-booked program. But if ETM considers the situation and value of a client, then it can alter the pre booked program as per the availability of hotels, accommodations, and vehicles and opportunity only under the request of client, when they are ready to pay the additional cost as it may be fixed by the ETM office on spot. The additional cost may vary as per situation. Also the client can book a new tours and travel package by canceling the pre booked package from the doors of ETM.
ETM reserves all rights in their tourism services. In such a way if ETM fails to serve the client for a pre booked program due to natural disaster or natural calamities, or for a serious Egypt political issue, or for ETM's own reasons, before commencement of a pre booked trip, it may cancel the Pre booked tour program of a client by refunding the money without cancelation fee. Such cancelation or refund is not possible during the trip of client. It is only possible before commencement of a Trip.
10. Clause G: Cancellation of ETM tours & travel packages.
ETM reserves all rights towards any cancellation of any booked tours and travel packages of the clients. The followings are the cancellation policy of ETM.
a. If client cancel the booked Package 30 days before arrival, then 10% of payment will be considered as a cancellation fee.
b. If client cancel the booked Package 3 weeks before arrival, then 25% of payment will be considered as a cancellation fee.
c. If client cancel the booked Package 2 weeks before arrival, then 50% of payment will be considered as a cancellation fee.
d. If client Cancel the booked Package 01 week before arrival, then 100% of payment will be considered as a cancellation fee.
In case of refunding money of canceled service is applicable for a client, then ETM will have to have the Bank details of the client in order to send back paid amount, noting that Transmit fees is to be deducted from transferred amount. Also the cancelling party show have the VALID TRIP CONFIRMATION ELECTRONIC NOTICE in electronic form or in printed paper form to proceed through cancellation.
11. Clause H: PAYMENT to ETM Travel Services during and towards ETM tours & travel packages booking.
We are accepting only online bank transfer. You can make your payments to Bank Name: National Bank of Egypt, Account Name: E.T.M Travel Service, Branch Name: Ard El Golf Branch, Account No. : 11000426014 Swift Bic : NBEGEGCXCX138 .
To avoid money laundering, financial crimes, and as we are aware of anti terrorism policy of EGYPT, we are not encouraging credit card or debit card online payment process system.
1. After agreement on Services ( when you fill the form or when you deal with ETM portal and its services, you are automatically agreeing, directly or indirectly for the terms and conditions of ETM ) between Customer and ETM, 50 % of Payment must be settled to ETM Bank Account in order to make process for your tourism service from ETM. Rest of Payment is to be sent to ETM Bank Account before 10 days and before Arrival and after that the Client did receive a confirmation to the chosen services. Without completion of 100% of payment your trip will not be confirmed and ETM is not liable for any type of damage, loss or claims towards the partial payment issues or non payment issues.
In case chosen Hotels by Client is not available after 50% of Payment is made, then ETM is obliged to book same star rated and same Category for the Client.
After completion of Payment an online Voucher and TRIP CONFIRMATION ELECTRONIC NOTICE will be sent to the Client, or customer on his e-mail address, and a notification email from Client will be needed to inform us and to confirm back that voucher receiving is proceeded correctly.
12. Clause I: Services during your visit to EGYPT through ETM.
In general ETM do its best of Egypt tours and travel services. During festival times client may face the issue of transports or accomodation. In such case ETM provide best opportunity to provide vehicles and accomodations. Also ETM deals with several Internal sub agencies, frachise concerns, international agencies to provide better services to its clients and visitors who came around through ETM portal. ETM travel service reserves all rights during your visit to EGYPT.
13. Clause J: Tour Operation of ETM travel services.
Tour operation of ETM are classified in to 3 sectors. They are 1. Templated EGYPT Tours and Travel packages. 2. Customized Tour program of clients 3. Packages with seasonal offers. ETM reserves all rights towards designing, displaying, and modification of such tour operation.
14. Clause K: Media files, text contents and images in the ETM portal.
The medial files like songs, photos, flash files are collected from various online resources and through our own creations to provide general informations about Egypt tourism to ETM clients, visitors, and customers. All the TEXT contents are subject to change without notice and the text contents and design model of the ETM portal are the sole property of ETM, which is not distributable, alterable, licensable to third party which may lead for legal claim.

16. ETM is not dealing with any type of TRAVEL INSURANCE to its clients, tourist, customers or whoever deal with ETM. So the person who deals with ETM should obtain TRAVEL INSURANCE facility in their own and ETM is not liable to any body or any circumstances or at any cost for any type of TRAVEL INSURANCE related affairs.
17. The fore mentioned terms and conditions of ETM is alterable and shall be modified at any time without notice. When you deal with ETM in any form, its understood that you have read the terms and conditions and you are agreeing all the terms and conditions of ETM. Other than the ETM concern, the people who are working with ETM and its staffs, webmasters, online market promoters, affiliates, agents, tour guides, hosting concerns, and domain registrars are not liable for any type of damages, claims, losses araise out dealing by anybody nationally or internationally with ETM domain and portal.
18. If any dispute araise between ETM and its clients, visitors, tourist, or customers then ETM reserves all the rights and the jurisdiction of court for ETM will be only in CAIRO, EGYPT or as per the laws of EGYPTIAN JUDICIAL SYSTEM. ETM here by agrees only for laws, rules, and regulations of Arab Republic of Egypt towards any type of Arbitration between ETM and anybody who deal with ETM.
